You have to peal the backside off which was a great deal of work. Otherwise they were beautiful for my use.

You get what you pay for. That said, Not sure if i will use them for what I wanted intended to use them for (a friends wedding cake). If I do use any for the wedding cake, and it turns out good, then, I will update my review rating and share photos. But right now I'm thinking I may only use them for childrens cakes and cupcakes, as kids won't be as judgy about the aesthetics of the baked goods (as I or other adults would be) they'll just want to eat them up.

Perfect addition to mycake
These flowers worked perfectly to decorate a luau cake. They are really sturdy and were easy to "glue" on with a dot of frosting. My daughter tried them and agreed with other reviewers, they taste like cardboard. But, it was good to know that they are supposed to be food safe if a kiddo decided to eat one.
