This carrier is well worth the money! It is sturdy, comfortable for my pet, and amazing for travel! I love that it can extend out to give more room for my pet, and it fits perfectly under a seat on a plane. it was easy to transport my pet inside the carrier with the shoulder strap provided. Just absolutely recommend this carrier!

This carrier worked transporting my cat from California to Japan. I like that there are multiple different openings to the carrier. My only problem with it is that it seemed like a small space for my cat but it worked with fitting underneath the seat in front of me.

Used for our 8 yr old 12-15 lb Maltese on a 4 hour day at the airport and flight. The way back was6 hours, and he still survived....

This pet travel bag was very important for me and the little one I️ was carrying. I️ needed for him to be as comfortable as I️ was going to be. The bag fit perfectly under the seat as you can see, the pup being eights weeks was able to stand and move around. The entire flight went smoothly (until he did his business! ) Nothing leaked out! I️ am more than happy and pleased with this carrier. Sturdy, comfortable, convenient and the price didn’t hurt either. Recommend you buy it!

This was perfect. It fit perfect under the seat Infront of me in the plane. I flew with frontier airlines. My 7lb toy poodle fit great he was able to lay down and turn around if he wanted to. U can see here we then took him out after take off 😊slept the whole way to our destination

This bag was perfect. Its sturdy and it fit directly under the plane seat. ..But it was missing the carry strap.

Love how strong it is and great for small cats. Wish the padding is a little thicker. Love the latches on the side however, it would be nice if it was on the top too. Too many flaps, still trying to figure out how to put away the extra flaps

The carrier arrived promptly and was exactly as stated. It’s perfect and the dog went into it immediately.

I don't feel that I can recommend this product as it constantly callapses. It does not seem to have a supportive enough frame.

Bought as an alternative to the plastic cage so I can store it away easier. Comes with a lovely soft memory foam type liner and very sturdy even for my (dieting!) overweight fur baby.

Poor quality. The wire edge cannot stand properly.

Well made and lightweight

I was looking for a bag that fits the requirement of air travel with Lufthansa. This one was 2 cm lower than the max height. My cat is not a big but is adult and weights only 3.8 kg. Standing the measurement from toe to shoulder is 28 cm high. How can Lufthansa ask for such a low profile of 23 cm?To put an adult cat in this carrier would be very uncomfortable. I will not torture my Fanny. I have returned this carrier to Amazon.I was looking for a bag a bit higher but flexible enough to be pushed under the seat at take off and landing. Most of the carrier that could be pushed have no structure and would fall on the animal at any moment.This bag is very low but very sturdy and of good quality. The height of the animal inside should not be higher than 18.5 cm from toe to shoulder otherwise it will not fit. Most pictures of pet carriers strangely are with kittens so young that they might not have the right to travel on a plane. So it gives a false idea.There are comments from people who say that they travel with their cat of 16 pounds...I don't think so.I found a bag that has a good structure and can be pushed under the seat. The height is for the medium size 30cm high a can adapt to 23 cm. The company who makes those bags is Sturdi products, a bit pricy but there are no alternative.
