I love this hoover! Bought to replace my expensive Gtech larger green one - this one I would say is better. This one does need bags, but they are a good price from Gtech when on offer does come with a few bags, which is good. The nozzle is thinner than my last one and gets into the nooks and crannies. The bags last a while and you can empty them and re-use - comes with 2 attachments, which is all you really need. Most importantly to us, it is lighter than the last one. I have major hand issues, and I can actually manage to hold this one easily. Charges well, seems to last longer than our last one as well. Which is handy. For us this is excellent quality, hopefully will last longer than our last one. If it does will be very good value for money. I highly recommend this for your home and car. Thanku.

Despite what it says in product description, battery and charger were not included. I would like to say more about the product itself, but as it didn't work without a battery I had to send it back for a refund so I have no idea.

Brilliant little vacuum cleaner, surprisingly powerful for a handheld rechargeable. Not yet used enough to run the battery down, but hopefully it will last well. Have so far used for inside the car and picking up crumbs etc on hard floors, the bag acts as a filter and it should last well for small jobs like that and it will be easy to change. Much better than trying to clean the ‘washable’ filter on my previous handheld which was also a lot more expensive.

Had this for a little over a year and has been fine with no faults. Seems fairly robust. Good suction and battery life pretty good. Says British design and patent on machine which is a plus as always try to buy British where I can. Don’t know if it actually made here though. Overall pretty good for the money. A couple of cons - the bags I guess are supposed to be disposable which can get expensive if you chuck them every time. New bag availability is strangely scarce and replacement on Amazon eye watering price. Cheaper to get them direct from GTech. Previous hand held vac I had was a Vax which you can just empty out each time which is much better. I think designers have got this wrong here. One other thing is the position of the on/off switch. It’s in such a stupid position you can’t help switching the damn thing off about half a dozen times every use. Quite annoying. Overall ok

Great little hand held vacuum cleaner. Needed a lightweight one as I have arthritis in my hands and thus is exactly that,well balanced , tools easy to change as is the bag inside. Also included a couple of spare bags which is plenty until I reorder. It's exactly what I needed for doing the stairs and picking up bits here and there without getting the bigger hoover out. Maybe the suction could be stronger but expect that would mean a bigger motor and weight. So in in all a great buy and I got it slightly cheaper on a warehouse deal, so very happy
