Strainer - Fine Stainless Steel Double Mesh Strainer, 9 Inch Diameter!

Purchased this Strainer after reviewing other comments it looked sturdy and was the perfect size for my needs. I received this double mesh strainer from KUKPO packaged well and in a timely manner. After opening the box I was satisfied to find that the strainer to be exactly what the seller advertised on Amazon. It is very sturdy and holds well in your hand plus it looks great and the quality of the double mesh is great. I have included some photos of the Strainer and you can see that it looks and feels great in your hand. My main use was to avoid all of those small foods like Quinoa and rice etc.to drop through the strainer, I don't have to worry about this with this strainer since it keeps everything inside and safe from my drain. I would recommend KUKPO Fine Stainless Steel Double Mesh Strainer for its function, look and great fit in your hands.

Perfect for what I bought it for. It turned out to be bigger than what I was expecting, but that is a good thing. I'm using it for a first sifting of rice flour and it does a great job of getting out the bigger pieces, so it is less work with my flour sieve. The mesh is fine enough that it would probably catch raspberry and strawberry seeds, but I have not personally used it for that. I will definitely but this again. The construction seems to be very well put together and the mesh is metal, not plastic.

This strainer is exactly what I wanted. It's sturdy. The length is perfect -- I can set the handle on the front of the sink and the lip on the other side sets on the back of the sink, so I can easily pour things into it without having to hold on to it. Also, the mesh is very fine. It works great for quinoa, which is the finest thing I strain. Definitely worth the purchase!

I needed a strainer for quinoa, chia, amaranth and other small food items. I selected this one for its': size, quality, fine mesh, solid handle, the hook opposite of the handle, and the guarantee. The description of this strainer on this page sufficiently answered my questions. The price was ok, the vendor seemed good, and the "verified purchases" reviews were helpful. I didn't want: a pack of strainers, a open wire handle, or a bundle (i.e., no recipes, no tea infuser, etc). It came in a plastic bag in perfect condition and it meets my needs. It is easy to clean with hot water, soap and wiping each side. If it lasts without rust, it deserves a 5-star.

This is is why I love this strainer: the size-It can handle small jobs as well as bigger jobs that are too small for the colander; The mesh-small enough for quinoa, etc.; the quality-mesh is not flimsy, nor is it easily bendable, and liquids are drained quickly. overall it's very well made; The way it's made-The handle is long, so hand doesn't get hot liquid on it when stuff is poured into it. There is a loop handle that is so handy when I need to shake the food around a little. I have a small sink that the strainer can rest from side to side on, makes straining hot liquids a lot easier. If you're comparing strainers to buy, this is the one.

I bought this double mesh strainer not only to use in the traditional manner to remove almost all of sediment from liquids, but also to flip it over and use it as a domed screen on a small stove-top griddle I use frequently. It serves well in both roles. For straining, the handle and frame are very strong stainless steel, and there are no ridges or gaps around the top lip to catch solids where you don't want them. As a grease screen, it also performs very well, saving me lots of work wiping grease from around the pan on the stove. Then, It just goes into the dishwasher. I'm very glad I bought this high-quality strainer.

This is a high quality strainer. I bought it to rinse quinoa and rice, as my other strainers were too large for that purpose. It works perfectly for both and is large enough to do a fair amount at once. I also love that it has a handle on both sides and thus sits perfectly across my sink to allow for drainage. If you're looking for something that's well made, reasonably priced, and strains even tiny grains with ease, look no further!

works perfect for my use. I bought this fine mesh strainer to strain spent French Press Coffee grounds and keep them from going down the drain. With the long handle and support handle, the unit can sit on the sink unsupported while I dump the coffee grounds in it. Then I let them dry for about 10 minutes and bang it on the side of the trash. Done. What a relief. It is also well made and sturdy to withstand the banging. Pricey, but perfect.
