The Labeler appears to be functioning as expected. Not too hateful to setup especially with the help of YouTube videos. Instructions are not very good!Two star rating is because I was under the impression that I was ordering a new unit. Only to find out that it was OBVIOUSLY used. A half used ribbon, many missing characters for the printer, dented control box, brackets that have been worn. Sellers stated that they would not have shipped out a used unit. That’s a bunch of crap! They did offer a partial refund which I excepted since it seems to be working fine. I’ll probably end up needing to figure a work around for the missing characters. Still waiting on my new bottle labels to come in. I did test it out with generic roll labels and it worked ok. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the deception that the seller did!!!
