Very cute, good fan, reasonably quiet. AWESOME customer service!
The media could not be loaded. The design is super cute and it was pretty easy to put the legs on to put it together. Apparently the faux brick design in the back is removable if it’s not your style (which I honestly didn’t even know was an option until I read through the manual). It’s a fairly large size, much bigger than any of the other fireplace space heaters I have had in the past. I would say it’s only a little smaller than the real wood burning stove my grandma has at her house.I love that you can turn the flame detail off but keep the heat function working. This was a big deciding factor for me because I want to have the warmth of the heater but I do not want the light when I am sleeping. Most of the fireplace heaters I have looked at force you to have the flames on with the heater running and won’t let you just run the heat without the flames but this model allows you to run the heater without the flame detail and you can dim the brightness of the flames if you do want them on but not super bright (as you can see in the video as I flipped through the flame settings). The heater is pretty quiet but it is definitely not silent, however, when it runs at its highest setting with the heat blast setting it is still quieter than I expected it to be. I would say it is as quiet as a microwave running or a low powered desk fan or about as loud as the fan of an overheating desktop computer tower.I have enjoyed the space heater so far but what really impressed me was the customer service. I ordered the heater Monday evening (1/30/23) around 5 pm right as a large ice storm hit Texas and Amazon had guaranteed it would arrive by Thursday (2/2/23) of that week, but with the majority of the state covered in a minimum half an inch of ice (nearly 2 inches of ice in my area) I didn’t expect it would get to me until the ice melted on Friday. The company proactively reached out to me apologizing for the delay and informed me that although their records showed it already shipped from their warehouse, the carrier still had not updated any tracking information for several days (due to the storm). They informed me that if the carrier didn’t update the tracking information within 2 days they would send a replacement or refund me if it was out of stock. Again, I never reached out to complain about the delay, they were actively tracking their shipments to make sure everything was going where it’s supposed to go and notice mine was not moving and solved the problem before it started. The heater arrived promptly to my front door in perfect condition the day after the roads thawed and I have been happy and warm since then!

I love this electric fireplace
The media could not be loaded. I am so glad that I found this electric fireplace after a long time of looking. The only noise is the blower, but its not loud nor is it annoying that it will affect you. When the room hits the temp that you set the fireplace to, the blower does turn off, but the flames still continue to stay on, which is a very nice feature, that you do not loose the flames. When the room temp drops lower then what you set the electric fireplace to the blower will start up again to provide heat. As I said, the blower is not loud nor annoying. The fireplace has a good heat output, which, I am happy with that. I wasn't to sure until we had a cold spell. My house wasn't as warm as it normally is, regardless that I put the heat on 70 degrees, because it was so bitter cold outside. I walked into my room and you can definitly feel the diffrence. Between the house heat and the electric fireplace it was so warm and cozy, I didn't want to leave my room. While I am at work I look forward to the end of a 16 hr day to go home, put on my pajamas, turn on my new smart tv, turn on my electric fireplace and go under the blankets in bed, it is just so cozy and I love it. The only problem that I have with the fireplace is it makes my room way to cozy that I don't want to get up and go to work. Then I think, do I really need to work? The answer always comes back as yes, you got use to a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in. Lol, drat. Would I recommend the electric fireplace? Yes. Its cute and does what it says it does. The size is perfect for the spot I had chosen for it. I love it and do not have any complaints.

Beautiful "fire"
Overall this is a nice little woodstove-type electric heater. I did study the dimensions prior to ordering but when it came I was disappointed in the size as it was so much smaller than my old Duraflame "woodstove" that I was planning to replace. I ended up placing this new one in a different room because of the small size. Having said that, being so small it was easy to move and I could lift it and place it where I wanted it all by myself, and it doesn't need much space. The fake fire is very realistic and lovely. Where I ended up placing it I really don't need it for heat but I think I will use it a lot anyway just to enjoy the fire effects. A major drawback is the front control panel on the face of it, as it is completely dark/black; it requires a flashlight or at least direct sunlight to see which button to push on it. You can only turn on the heat from that control panel and can't use the remote to start the heat, so if you want heat there isn't any way around having to have on hand a flashlight to find the right button. For my purposes I will probably just enjoy the fire effects and can use the remote for that. One last thing is the legs: my heater actually only came with two and I had to wait an extra week to get the other legs shipped to me but the seller was responsive in the end. The holes were lined up fine for the legs but the screws are challenging to screw in because they are small and the holes are a bit hard to get to, and it requires some force and a rather long time to turn the screws until they are finally all the way in.
