Not a lot of leaves
Just to be fair the leaves that there were in the bag were pretty nice, but mostly the bag contained sticks -small and large. Can't even imagine being able to brew tea long enough to be able to use most of the contents. Maybe it was the bottom of the batch??

Great
Nice amount and not so dry it crumbles to dust. Works great and is a good add to my apothecary cabinet

Will not order again
First thing: the color and smell of this product are great. As an herbalist who normally grows her own herbs, I am super disappointed in the quality. This was clearly harvested way past the plant's peak. It's mostly old flowered tops and *thick* stems. This should be a bag full of soft, silvery leaves. It is not. It's a little like the leftover stuff on the floor after taking *off* all the good stuff. It smokes really harsh, though the flavor is still a nice mugwort taste. Back to Mountain Rose Herbs for me.

More of grounded dried stuffs than loose dried leaves. Still makes a good Mugwort tea.
Of all the herbal plants I use, mugwort is the most effective of them all in treating my health conditions. I was able to manage and vastly reduce menstrual cramps because of this. Not only that but it is also has don a lot in preventing or treating other health conditions like anxiety, digestion problems, and irregular periods among others. This bag of Mugwort dried tea leaves weighs only 1 lb. but packs a lot. Unfortunately, it was mostly made of stems and twigs. You can hardly see any dried leaves. More of like grounded leaves if any. Nevertheless, it still makes a good cup of tea. By adding boiling water in a tea infuser and and steeping for 10 minutes then straining it off, you can still smell the Mugwort aroma.

Should be labeled "Dried Mugwort Mostly Sticks/Stems, Some Leaves"
Can you make tea out of this, yes, just not as much as you might expect from a 1 lb/453g bag of "leaves".I noticed the plethora of sticks/stems so decided to grab a handful and spend about 20 minutes sorting out the larger stems just to see what the ratio was. I was surprised at what I found. The 59g of product that I grabbed, was comprised of 34g of large/medium stems and 25g of small stems and leaves. So from this sample, the makeup was 42% leaves and 58% larger sticks/stems.In addition, in just this handful that I grabbed, I found a white stringy substance that has the consistency, feel, and strength of polyfill.Keep this in mind when you are weighing bang for the buck.

They can be used to prepare flavorful and aromatic herbal teas, infusions, and tinctures, or even incorporated into culinary creations. It arrived in a well-sealed package, ensuring their freshness and preserving their aromatic qualities. This package of dried mugwort leaves offers great value for the price. The ample supply allows for multiple uses, making it a cost-effective option.
