Mac & Cheese on steroids!
Our son is a workout junkie & LOVES these! Gives him the calories he needs to power thru workouts & provides a good amount of food for him. It's just as easy to prepare as regular Mac & Cheese. Will be buying for him again.

Tasty, but needs a little extra seasoning
Muscle Mac is a solid choice if you're looking for a high-protein mac and cheese that tastes good. The texture is creamy, and the cheese flavor is there, but it’s a little on the bland side. A little onion salt or trader joes cheesy seasoning makes a big difference. That said, for the price and the protein content, it seems worth it. It’s filling, easy to make, and a good option if you’re trying to hit your macros without sacrificing comfort food.

Taste way better than kraft
This stuff is so good. It doesn't have that weird taste that so many protein foods and snacks have. I make mine with regular milk (double filtered, high protein, whole milk) and it is so creamy. Even my kids who don't generally like high protein/keto foods love it. I also cook the noodles about 4 minutes longer than recommended because I don't like my mac & cheese aldente. Two thumbs up.

Solid Mac & Cheese
Is the taste going to blow you away? No. It has 7g more protein, which is nice. I do not mix butter or dairy milk with it at all. 1/2 cup Pea Milk (or less, 1/2 cup is a tiny bit watery) and stir in the cheese mix. Pea milk is 4g protein per 1.2 cup, so I get 44g out of a whole box of Muscle Mac. I just throw in some pepper (and occasionally some sort of hot sauce or meat) afterward.Simple cooking job, solid meal.

Off in taste
I dislike the flavor of this product.

Not worth the price.
Flavor isn’t bad, just a touch bland; though that is easily solved with some type of seasoning(I like cajun). The idea is good and it’s simple to make, but just add a can of chicken or tuna to your regular mac for the same protein but less cost.
