Soft, yet firm
My previous cushion (a different brand) , which I had for about seven years, was hard the whole time, but effective. When it finally squashed flat a few weeks ago I looked for a new one, and settled on this one. It's very comfortable and soft.

The best I’ve tried
I have an injury that currently requires this type of pillow. This is the softest, most comfortable, yet stable, that I’ve used. I carry it everywhere now. It’s opened up my life from being restricted to home, to being out and about. Five stars!
