No, they did not come with a case, but a cardboard the size of a case and the screw drivers were in a clear plastic bag

Are these screwdrivers magnetic?

They are absolutely magnetic. I just used them to take a defective battery out of my computer and, once unscrewed, they lifted every single screw out of the computer. They stuck to the tip until I got the screwdriver over to the dish I was keeping the screws in and then I had to pick them off the tip.
