The strawberry watermelon Mio is my favorite flavor by far. I drink it daily. On rare occasion I mix in some of the other flavors (especially the ones with vitamins or electrolytes) but this product alone significantly increases my water intake! The Amazon price is better than the stores in my area and I love the big bottles since I use it so often.

Good for water when exercising

I'm a big fan of most Mio water enhancers, and this one is no exception. Strawberry is one of my favorite flavors in general, so when it came time to try the regular Strawberry Watermelon variety, I was happy to discover that it has a nice, bright strawberry flavor with a light background of watermelon that doesn't overwhelm the berry. Using Mio in my water has really helped me to up my water intake in general, and they have a huge variety of flavors, which makes it easy to not get bored. I admit that sometimes I add it to seltzer water/club soda to create strawberry watermelon soda, but if you haven't tried that, you should!

It tastes like watermelon with a hint of strawberry. It's quite refreshing, but I actually prefer their orange-tangerine flavor. I use 2 small squirts per cup, 3 for a 16 oz bottle, five if I'm reusing a large McD's cup or something similar size.
