Simple, easy to install
Bought this faucet over other brands based on reviews and cost. It arrived and within 10 mins. was installed. They even included the teflon tape for the thread joints. Took longer to get the 30 year old faucet off the old pipes. I installed this in like 5 minutes. DO NOT overtighten connections and it will work right the first time. No drips, no leaks, just smooth action. I installed it about a week ago and it is working great.

I am not sure why the cold water side is slower flow rate than the hot water side. But other than that; works fine.

Good replacement
The tap mounting to the water line fittings is too narrow to hold the rubber washers supplied in place. The washer sucks into the tap and either leaks or has very poor water flow out of the tap. Need to get a soft copper washer that seals the tap to the fitting without sucking it into opening for the water flow. Copper washer works great - Tap now functioning properly.
