Great gift for my nephew. We had bought th ese for my son 2 years ago and they have held up to his rough play very well. I highly recommend. I'm not really into little toys like this as they tend to break and get lost easily. This one has stood thr test of time and durability well. Still a huge favorite after 2 years of play

I bought this for my 6 year old son because of his love for Pokémon. It is a good quality toy and durable. The only drawback is it is little difficult to close it and more difficult to keep it closed because the ball opens up very easily.

Worth the buy. Birthday boy will love it.

My son loves this pokemon toy, and I think it's really cool. I don't know how other reviewers were having trouble putting the ball together because my 3 year old does it with no problem, it's very easy. And for those who say that the ball has to land on the button for it to open-well, we can throw it at any angle and it easily opens up. I highly recommend!

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old. He absolutely loved it! One of his favorite features is that the ball actually pops open when tossed on the ground. With that being said, the ball has been pretty durable as it has withstood the playful wrath of both my 3 yr old and 6 yr old since Christmas.

I got this set for my 5yr old son, but after checking them out beforehand, I decided to only give him the figures and not the balls. I found the balls to be difficult to close and keep closed, and it was just going to end up being extremely frustrating. Once you get them closed, they have kind of hair trigger, and pop open pretty easily and sometimes unexpectedly. I'd say buy at your own risk. If your child gets easily frustrated and angry when things don't work like they think they should, then maybe avoid these.
