My past experiences with decaf have been underwhelming. Until I discovered this French roast, I despaired of ever finding a decaf that had the flavor, depth and richness regular coffee carries. This coffee converted me! It took a couple less than drinkable attempts to get the coffee to water ratio right. Here’s what I do: 4 scoops (2T each) and 4 cups of water into my thermal carafe drip coffeemaker produces an excellent bold cup of coffee.
