this epilator worked for 30 minutes before it stopped rotating. The first 30 minutes, it took forever to epilate each leg as there is not enough grip to pull hairs off. As I was finishing the second leg, the epilator stopped rotating completely. Despite being fully charged (6 hours is how long it takes), none of the heads would rotate, despite the product being turned on. Made a noise and LED light on, but no rotation.This is the first time in my years of shopping online that I have had to return a product within 24 hours. I would not even have given this product one star, but you have to in order to submit the review. Deserves nothing but contempt.

Well this was an adventure! My first time using anything like this, I’ve always been too scared! The instructions on this item were thankfully really clear and understandable so I couldn't really go wrong! It was a strange sensational at first and took me ages the first time and I was only brave enough for one leg but that’s because of my hesitations. Now I can use it quickly and easily and I’m disappointed I didn’t buy an item like this earlier! It’s actually a quality item and definitely worth the price I paid, no hesitation to recommend!

I can't comment directly as I haven't really used it myself, but bought it as a gift for the missus and she says she's really pleased with it.Works as intended, easy to use and has multiple functions as well for like hard skin apparently.Happy missus, happy life.

Here i was awaiting the arrival of my new epilator, dredding that awful pain that accompanies it. But, to my surprise, I built myself up for nothing as it really didn't hurt, I've used plenty of styles before, all that came with excruciating pain, this one is different though and is now my new go to for smooth hair removal in a quick manner.

I love this epilator, wow hardly any pain at all, no rash after using it. I love the fact it’s cordless and can be used wet or dry. The handy little storage bag is a great idea to store every thing together. Really happy with the purchase.

Absolutely brilliant!! You need to expect a little pain as the hairs are being pulled which soon get use to as it is minimal. I can do my legs whilst watching tv & no hair re growth for over 2 weeks! A one time payment instead of paying someone every other month to do them! A great penny saver!

This was very poor, bought I think in July, was used infrequently and now cannot hold a charge. Have thrown the box away otherwise would return for a refund. A total waste of money.

I have now ordered two of these and neither would recharge. The instructions say will recharge after 6 hours but I have left then over 24 hours and the charging indicator has still not gone off
