Ok, these are delicious
I've had konjac noodles many times and this may be my favorite brand yet. Very sturdy, holds up to any recipe. Great texture, absorbs whatever flavor you cook them with. There's no weird smell upon opening which is commonplace with konjac noodles. I also love how thin they are. Let's more sauce cling to each noodle. I can't believe these are effectively calorie free. They're too delicious. Try them with a peanut sauce. The only drawback is the price, but they're still a bit cheaper than most other brands. And tastier.

One of the best.
This is the 4th brand I’ve tried. Yummy. No smell. Doesn’t dissolve or turn to mush. Good level of sturdiness. Tastes like rice noodles/crystal noodles. Realy great. And NO GUILT. Konjac is like the secret to weight loss. You can feel ‘full’ but with no calories. I eat these straight out the packet as they are ready to eat. It’s the easiest thing to reach for. And the packaging with this brand is realy good too. Everything was packed and sealed safely and protected. Good company that makes these noodles because they must care about that. The individual packets are easy to open too. Will buy again at the right time.

Versatile rice and noodle alternative thats easy to cook.
I really like these as an alternative to rice or pasta. They are great and diet friendly. I haven't noticed a smell like other reviews but I rinse them shortly under the tap. They are versatile and also do not take any time to cook, in fact I put them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes before adding them last to a stir fry and this makes a very easy and quick meal. The only downside is that they are very expensive and not something I would afford to eat with every meal.

Amazing low carb alternative!
For anyone who’s trying to reduce their carb intake and wants a low calorie substitute- this is amazing. I’m currently following the keto diet and these are a perfect addition to the list of foods I can eat. Yes, when you open the packet they smell a little fishy (if you specifically sniff hard!) until you rinse them twice, then they’re fine. Of course, their texture is not identical to noodles, they are a little more ‘rubbery’ let’s say, however once cooked with some of your fave low calorie ingredients, they taste great. I just fried together 1 spring onion, a cherry tomato with 1/4 tbs of coconut oil, added the noodles and a little water then let them simmer for 5 mins. Cracked an egg in, then topped it off with a little cheese & it’s tasted amazing. Of course, I also used salt, pepper, soy sauce and a little chilli. A full meal for less than 200kcal. You can add scallops, prawns, chicken, mushrooms, or pretty much anything you fancy to complete the meal. Definitely recommend these!

Michelin Star Rubber Bands
I recently cooked the noodles, I can only assume was the length of a full Netflix season, I was greeted by something truly magical: edible rubber bands. These noodles had the exact texture of office supplies. Honestly, I wasn’t sure whether to eat them or tie up a bundle of asparagus with them. They bounced back when I poked them with a fork, and I swear one noodle tried to lasso my spoon. It was like dining with a circus act. Five stars for innovation. One star for edibility. Would recommend—if you’re a goat.

Warning *** TIPS & TRICKS! ***
These noodles do not soften or expand when boiling. They literally just add tasteful texture to your meal, but.... they do fill you up. It did cause me to bloat and pass gas a bit more than usual. Leave in a sieve sitting inside a bowl and let warm water run over it for a while to wash out any "fish" smells and jelly. Though I did not notice any fish smell at all but I did wash it well. The jelly version of konjac was banned due to risk of suffocation - and understandly because I did notice it wasn't easy to swallow and wash down into the stomach, so PLEASE chew it properly before swallowing, and drink plenty of water while eating. I would recommend to add it to a soup because it would be easier to hydrate and swallow. Or some kind of stew. Wouldn't be good for a stir fry as they just tangle up and don't absorb much flavour but you can always try. Eat half a pack for your first portion to see how your stomach copes. Don't overdo it, the packs are small but very filling and difficult to chew. You might react more sensitively than others so baby steps. I've been a keto dieter for years and this is something I'll definitely incorporate into my eating regime at least once a week. I'd give it 2 stars for texture and taste but 3 for its usefulness in being almost carb free.

Great low calorie
Low calorie and filling, cooks quickly, and works well with sauces, great pasta alternative. No smell at all to them, and they grow in thickness with water.

Very Nice
Best of its kind! No fishy smell at all, which is uncommon. The perfect texture (level of chewiness and sturdiness) works well with soy sauce and sriracha.

We very like this product. When my wife used it first time she did not boil it 2 minutes but after rinsing put it in a pan and 'fried' it. It came out hard. But when boiled for 2 minutes ,as the instruction said, product is fine. No carbs and alot of fiber. Noodles are small and this is ok.

I’ve been using konjac noodles for years. They’re difficult to find, every grocery has them in a different area. When you figure that out they move them again. These are just as great and wonderful and cheaper than my previous local ones. These are essentially carb free. If you follow the directions they are tasteless themselves and pick up the flavors of your sauces and seasonings. I firmly believe each bag has 1 continuous noodle. Place a mesh colander or one with small holes in the sink under the faucet. Turn on the water, cut open the bag and dump contents into the colander and rinse really well. Then cut into lengths you like. People complain of the odor upon opening the bag. They are preserved in the same liquid as hominy in the can. Might have a slight fishy odor. Just rinse well. If you’re using canned mushrooms, add to the noodles and drain. Some people like to set the liquid from the can to one side for the recipe. I let them sit awhile, 20 minutes or so. It shortens the next step. At this point they can just sit awhile. Heat a heavy pan on medium low. I like a frying pan for this step as it makes thing go faster. Add the noodles and mushrooms. Move them around in the pan while heating until they just start to stick. Do not grease the pan. You’re just drying them off. As they dry they will start sticking so you know you’re ready for the next step. Depending on how well drained this can take 5-15 minutes. Don’t turn up the heat to go faster, not a good idea. If you’re going to brown meat at this point, dump the dried noodles (and mushrooms) onto a plate. They can sit fir awhile at this point, if necessary. The noodles will soak up lots of flavors. The mushrooms will do the same. I learned the mushroom trick by accident. The noodles don’t mush. They hold their slightly firm consistency. It’s not quite al dente but similar. In the past 25+ years I’ve searched high and low for an acceptable pasta product. So far they’ve all had a weird flavor, strange consistency, some mush, some gritty. I can open several bags and make a large casserole to portion out and freeze for later. These work really well. I keep looking for other options but so far I’ve found funny colors, strange flavors, noodles that fall apart, etc. If you want spaghetti or macaroni and cheese with few ingredients to cover up the weird noodles you’ll really appreciate these. I’d really like lasagne noodles and some more pasta shapes. I’m hoping more people will try and like these so they’ll buy more, tell their friends and the prices will get lower. And no one has offered me anything for my wonderful opinion. My mother, husband, 2 daughters and several other family and friends are type 2 diabetics. This has been the only pasta product they all like.

I was skeptical because usually konjac noodles is not good (in polite words) but these gets the taste of whatever you cook. It's really helpful to have on days when you crave food and already above your calorie goal. I use it in salads, wok, or soups.

I have purchased these noodles several times and they've always been great, however, the last batch we got was inedible. They were hard, dry and only half of the bag was full...would give 0 stars. They were horrible, I had to throw them out. Would like to purchase again but would like the option to return or refund if this is the state of the noodles now please.

These are a good replacement for the Miracle Noodles I used to buy. The secret to these is to rinse and fry out all the moisture. I make stir fry with oyster sauce and shrimp, spaghetti sauce and meatballs, and soups. Filling and neutral tasting if you cook out the moisture. I like to fry them up in sesame or avocado oil.
