I caught a virus that seemed to wipe out my gut bacteria. I tried acidophilus, but it only helped a little. Jarro-Dophilus helped much more, but I was still having stools with undigested bits and a lighter color until I added Saccharomyces Boulardii (it arrived a coupple days after this package) by the same company (mainly because I could buy a much smaller pack). After about a week of 1 pill a day treatment of each things seem much regular, and I have my energy back. If I had to pick between the two, I'd probably say the Saccharomyces Boulardii seemed to be most helpful, but having both was better.

I consider this something of a miracle product. I had a bad bowel virus, which caused bloating, cramps, and uncontrollable diarrehia. I thought the problem would go away by itself in a day or two, but no, the symptoms continued for 5 days.Out of desperation, I did some research and learned about probiotics (to learn more, simply "google" probiotics); and the benefit of probiotics in the bowel for a healthy regular digestion.I started taking the pill once a day- on about day 2 I noticed the cramps were gone, the pain was gone, the bloating had ceased. Between day 3 and 4 the diarrehia had stopped completely and I had a normal stool.I plan to continue taking this product once a day for good digestive health, so that the symptoms do not reappear.* highly recommended *

After much trial and error, I have found that probiotics have a positive impact on my digestion. They give me vivid, pleasant dreams. Unfortunately, they also make me ravenously hungry! This product produced those same results. I will not be trying any further probiotics.

These are great !!! For travel - no need to refrigerate

Seemed to help with my IBS-D symptoms. Firmer stools for me. Going to try the Saccharomyces for a while and then decide between the two.
