I'm never buying the name brand again
We have been buying these for years, and they work perfectly. Saves us a ton of money, with no loss of quality, no printing or installing issues. Just a perfect solution

Works well for the price
Works well for the price. Blacks are not as saturated as a brand-name product. We had one cartridge fail prematurely. Theses are both factors we can accommodate given our needs.

Exchanged Toner After Return Window Expired
I ordered some toner in July 2021 and recently opened the 2 toner box in October 2021. I discovered that the toner did not fit my printer. It was past the return window with Amazon. I contacted the company and was able to get a 2 pack replacement for free.I like to use this company to purchase toner. It is easy to install and the the print quality is good. I have ordered this brand for both my work printer and home printer. I will continue to use this company for my printing needs.

Toner flakes off paper, led to mail being returned. Low yield
The cartridges work, and that's about the only positive thing I can say.I expected this to be a good comparable alternative to purchasing genuine HP toner cartridges. Here's what I found:1) The yield was far less than the 80X (high yield) cartridges these were replacing. About 2,000 pages less (I print the same packing slips and envelopes every day, so there was no variation in what I was printing). Just as an anecdotal example of this, I used to work in the copier industry and long ago learned that when you start getting light streaks from your laser printer, you can usually take out the cartridge, shake it side to side vigorously, and then reinsert it to get a decent amount of additional life out of it. With the genuine 80X cartridges, this usually made a difference of 500+ pages before I absolutely needed to replace them. Doing this with these cartridges resulted in no change - they were fully depleted far sooner than they should have been.2) The toner would smear via not being properly fused to the paper. This led to dirty hands when handling printed papers. More importantly in my use case, it led to envelopes being retruned to sender due to the toner smearing and being illegibile by USPS's automated sorters. This cost my business far more than I saved versus buying genuine toner via returned mail and all the headaches associated with adding that into my business workflows. If the pages I were printing would be handled in a meeting, presentation, or other moderately professional setting, I would have been embarrassed by the amount of flaking off/smearing that occurred with this toner.I cannot in good faith recommend this product to anyone - at best, you should expect two of these cartridges to last about as long as one genuine 80X. I'll go back to buying those and will be happy to have less black dust all over my hands.

Good value for the money
We use these in a corporate environment with desk-side printers and devices that are not under vendor management (auto toner fulfillment) and they provide a great value for the money. For semi-regular printing from desktop lasers you cant beat the price compared to HP's cartridges. With that said, I only purchase re-manufactured for cartridges that do not require a chip, removing the old and gluing to the aftermarket cartridge doesn't always work.

Good cartridge
The product was very good, I used different brand toner and this one is more stable ( some produce get dark print on the side or middle when install the new cartridge ) . And this one can use 2 to 3 month . I printed around 3500 to 4000 a months.

So far so good.
Product arrived and installed without issue. So far print quality is good. Time will tell on how many pages it does, but since it is substantially cheaper than the OEM cartridge getting a few less pages may not be an issue.
