I have to say the customer service team was excellent – quick to respond and very helpful throughout. Unfortunately, the product itself just isn’t worth it. We were really drawn to the look and design of this cabinet, but unfortunately the quality just doesn’t match the aesthetics. After spending a considerable amount, we expected a functional and reliable piece — but we’ve now received two units, both with major structural faults. The first cabinet couldn’t be assembled properly due to misaligned panels. One door sat noticeably higher than the other, and no matter how carefully we followed instructions, we couldn’t get both doors to fit correctly. We flagged this and were sent a replacement — which turned out to be just as problematic. This time, the alignment is still off, and more frustratingly, one of the doors won’t stay closed at all. It keeps popping open on its own despite being screwed on evenly and securely. We've tried everything — it's clearly a design or manufacturing fault, possibly related to the batch (SKPI-24538CK). It’s extremely disappointing to receive two defective items, especially after putting time into assembly twice. We’ve now requested a full refund as another replacement just isn’t worth the hassle. Would not recommend unless quality control improves significantly. Looks lovely in pictures, but sadly it’s not fit for purpose.

It does what we needed. It’s a bit flimsy but ok. Any large shoe sizes above uk 7 will have to be angled in and therefore reduce the qty of shoes to store. I don’t think it will take boots or wellies.

Easy to put together well made and good value

Ok- easy to put together, not the strongest quality ever but will last me a few years. Drawer and overall feel a bit woobly if not anchored to the wall.

Like a lot of people in the reviews I put this together and was frustrated by the quality of the shoe cabinet. the top drawer doesn't run smoothly and often falls down on the shoe drawer below. It's a poor fit and is either too small for the space or the runners are not the right quality. The shoe drawers have also fallen out and the screws come disconnected easily. We had problems maybe 6 months in, it's a year later and they're not useful at all. Absolute waste of money unfortunately, I wish I'd gone with the a different brand!

Screws to put in shoe holder far too small. You screw in the drop out. Delivery driver didn't ring the bell & just left behind the bin, leaving me to struggling bringing it in from outside. Very flimsy & not worth the money. You will need to purchase bigger screws to assemble securely. To be honest had it not taken hours would take apart and return.

Great storage for shoes fits nicely in hall. Sturdy and looks more expensive than the actual price. Very pleased with this.

We followed the assembly instructions, and the furniture was assembled exactly as it should be. However, when we placed the shoes inside for the first time and opened the drawers, both of them fell to the floor. It seems that the wood combined with the weight of the shoes is too heavy for such small screws. The structure simply cannot support any weight. The drawers came off while the screws remained in place. We tried to reassemble and fix them again, but the screw holes became too large and no longer hold the screws securely. Bad quality, too fragile, not recommended at all. We are trying to return.

La calidad es bastante justita. Hay que tener mucho cuidado al ensamblar para no dejarte un tornillo en la parte visible. Los cantos están un poco mal rematados pero espero que aguante la melanina. Las botas entran con mucha dificultad, pero es un zapatero estrecho y acorde a mi decoración que es lo que andaba buscando. Si cambiáis los tiradores parecerá un mueble mejor.
