Love this product. Price is good. This is the forth bottle I have purchased now. No weird tastes and no weird smells. It’s in a gel capsule. Very easy to swallow. I take vitamins everyday and I would recommend this one. I will keep buying it. Very happy with this product overall.

I really like the doses of D and K, that’s perfect. And A is great because it is 100%RDA and not a mega dose, like some other brands. This is especially important to me because I know you can safely take a bit more A than the dose here, but I also have a few other supplements that have minor amounts of A in them. You have to be cautious with your A dose so I find this to be a great way to get all I need by dietary standards but leaves me room to safely take other stacked supplements and also my Retin-A topical without overdoing A. Unfortunately I can’t speak just yet to what they have done to improve my health and physical well-being as I’m only one bottle in. I’m recently diagnosed with 2 diseases - minor and age related, my first, yay for me - specifically suspicion of glaucoma and bone loss in my gum (periodontal). I’m taking measures to improve those situations so that any current deterioration does not progress. Vitamin K is an important component of healing periodontal disease, along with Vitamin D (as well as going hand in hand with making D effective in its fullest, I added D months ago and it made a tremendous difference so I hope this makes it even more effective). Vitamin A for vision and protection against glaucoma deterioration (and good skin) - I see people praising the improvement in their vision and it is so important to remember we need to do whatever we can to protect our sight as we navigate through middle age on up, especially with all the new factors that can damage vision (blue light overload from screens and UV). So I’m hoping that I will see an improvement to my vision but at least be able to maintain what I currently have for much longer than I would without supplementation. Only gave it a 4 star because of price. Considering it will be a monthly investment for me, and I still need other supplements for a good profile, it’s a little expensive. I don’t usually try to buy cheap when it comes to vitamins, and these are an important cornerstone stack, but $30 would be a more comfortable price point in this product. Still, I will continue to purchase until I see (or don’t see) results and if I see an improvement, I’ll continue to the make the monthly investment because teeth and eyes are worth it!
