Good quality reed
Exactly what I needed to complete project. Took longer than expected to get it however.

It did the job
I had to buy this for a school project. Some prices were not as flexible as others, but it worked well for what I needed

Reasonably priced
Exactly what I needed. Quality product at a great price. Company offers a myriad of sizes. Measure and cut the lengths needed, soak in water until bendable... and then work quickly. 😁 Highly recommend

Relatively easy to repair Rattan furniture
We have some nice (20 yr. old) rattan chairs on our front porch that have age/weather and squirrel damage. I thought I'd try my hand at repair (after watching some youtube). Next I needed to find a source of material and came across this supplier. The price is reasonable, the delivery was timely, and the quality is very good. I'm actually enjoying working on these chairs--very easy and very satisfying. Can't wait to get them back on the porch.

Unsure about quality, strange preservative floral smell and breakage
I'm a broom maker and I've noticed this reed has a distinct chemical smell when soaked and there is breakage even when very soaked. I believe this is Lowe quality than other brands that I've had but as a maker I have had minimal choices. I worry about health issues working with this often and the chemical preservative smell.

Not the same color as in the photo
Not the same color as in the photo. But, that didn't matter in my case. I'm not really a basket maker. But, I purchased the reed to make a woven piece to use as a window prop for a jewelry store I do window displays for. This worked out perfectly. 95% of the reeds were pliable enough that they did not break with handling. If I'd been more careful, I probably wouldn't have broken any.
