There are some pinchy parts when it’s being attached, but it’s meant to be attached and left. I purchased these so I could make a strap for a vintage bag I purchased and the patina matches well, and it’s a great size for a medium-size clutch-style bag

This snap hook was perfect for my needs! I bought it to add to the strap of one of my vintage bucket bags so, 1) I could change straps easier and 2) to avoid the wear and tear of the leather strap rubbing against the original hardware. I just wish I bought the antique bronze one (update: I ordered it since this review) as I think it would’ve matched the vintage hardware better. It still looks good, though. I hope the picture I attached to this review comes through so you can see for yourself.

You know that saying, "You get what you pay for"?Well, that's a good thing here. These are nice. And the gun-metal gray goes great on my Nikon D500 strap.If I could give these 10 stars I would!

Perfect size, shape and color. Exactly as described. Perfect for what I need it for

I use it for wire wrapping tasks and it has a decently smooth swivel action. Could be smoother. Or actually I could have gotten a lighter version. This one seems like it could handle quite a bit of weight.

I was very happy with the color match and I would and will buy again.
