The ONLY review you need to read to know EVERYTHING (good and BAD)
There's a lot to cover so I'll try to keep it short and informative. Iended up returning this scooter due to a throttle malfunction but there were many other things that just didn't work for me. And a few that DID! Let's dive in:WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE ESKUTA KS-3501. Good looking (yes, I can be vain LOL) loved the flat black look and thick neck2. Removable battery. Made it easy to charge it without having to bring the scooter inside my RV3. Acceleration, definitely there (but too much too soon)4. WEIGHT!!! It is lightweight so a 118 lbs woman like me could easily load it inside my car trunk5. Size: When folded I could even squeeze into my 1932 Ford roadster (SAY WHAT???)5. Driving in eco (beginner) mode, I got HOURS of riding on one charge, no complaints there.6. Folding the neck was easy and seems solid, with the second security latch to make sure it stays LATCHED. so far so good.... Kick stand worked sufficiently.7. The bell had a nice long "ding" sound to it to alert pedestrian of my presence.I wanted to fall in love and STAY in love with it, but as soon as I started driving it, tons of CONS reared their ugly little heads:1. Throttle is an ON/OFF type as opposed to a sinewave type, meaning as soon as you barely touch the throttle the scooter JUMPS forward and this makes for a very jerky ride2. Likewise disk brakes are too sensitive so again a jerky stop if you are not super careful3. Scooter is lightweight and ALL the weight is on the front (battery and engine BOTH are on the front) this makes it a very unstable rideAdd the first 3 together and I constantly felt this scooter was a disaster waiting to happen, meaning stressful to ride with the constant feeling you are going to break your neck.3B. About the weight in the front, this results in the scooter back end lifting up the ground and swinging sideways when you are off the scooter trying to push it uphill or even on a flat road. Unless you hold the neck half way down the neck to push, be prepared to have your ankles get whipped hard by that swinging rear end, and it hurts!!4. Can't climb hills worth a "you know what". I am super lightweight and it could not get up the inclines, so be prepared to walk up each incline (however short) you will encounter, if you have a normal weight. Note that I drove it in "Beginner" mode, not sure that affects uphill power or not.5. No suspension what so ever make it a pretty bumpy ride. It does Ok on small cracks due to it's pneumatic tires that absorb small shocks, but anything bigger than that you will feel it big time, in your back and arms etc... Not a comfortable ride.6. Very small turning radius. I mean ridiculously small, trying to turn around when taking it into a public restroom at the beach took at least 5 maneuvers.7. Having removable battery is nice but kinda useless if you can't purchase extra batteries for that double the miles range. I don't believe they are available, judging by my own observation, but you should double check.8. The CRUISE CONTROL feature is super dangerous. It is a great feature to have if you have the option to turn it off, But that is not the case here. You are STUCK with the cruise control (as far as i could tell) it is perpetually ON and will kick in whether you like it or not as soon as you keep a constant speed for 6 seconds. You meditate upon this for a minute: When riding on busy bike lanes, you need to slow down all of a sudden only to find that your scooter has a mind of it own and keeps going, so now you have to hit the brakes BUT they are super sensitive so you are jerked forward... This added to the stress of riding this scooter.9. No app, although I didn't mind that since high end scooters don't have apps. Apps sometimes add complication and malfunctions to low end scooters so to me it was not a deal breaker by any means.10. the biggest problem was a throttle malfunction I experienced, where all of a sudden the throttle would go DEAD, seemed linked to getting out of cruise control (when you use the brakes, it shuts off cruise control until the next time CC re-engages itself), so the scooter would lose all forwad momentum all of a sudden, another good way to break your neck.TO SUM IT UP, this inexpensive, good looking, easy to charge, "can go the distance" scooter would be suitable for a teenager who likes a thrill and doens't mind a jerky ride (and has a young back that can take the bumpy rides LOL). I would not recommend it for an adult or mature rider.Hope this helped you make a wise decision!

Great scooter if nothing goes wrong with it
I did some research on scooters before purchasing this one for my 13yr old son. It was a great scooter, fast, good features, etc. I would give a higher star rating but their customer service has been so bad all I can give is 3 star. About 5 months after purchasing the scooter the metal frame on the at the bottom of the handle bar column cracked. I purchased the extended warranty on it but that only kicks in after the manufactures 1yr warranty is up. Therefore I was instructed to contact Eskuta directly for assistance in the repair. I tried going to their web site which took me to the UK sight. Someone form their customer service there replied quickly to my first couple emails on my issue who directed me to contact their US based team. The issue there was I couldn't find the US web site it would only take me to UK site... I have since emailed them numerous times just asking for a link or US contact with NO response. The back tire has now recently popped as well so that is another issue I need to fix which I get could just be normal wear and tear but I would think it would last longer then 8 months. With all this said I would recommend going with a company that stands by their product if something goes wrong and has customer service that seems to care to help a customer in need. All I needed was someone to contact in the US... if they even exist.

Amazing electric scooter
I purchased this scooter for our daughters who have friends around town. They now can zoom from one friend to the other without us having to drive them. They absolutely love it!Great and solid scooter and a nice amount of miles per charge.

Quality, Stable and Safe
This is a very suitable electric scooter for me. Very simple to install and fold. It takes less than 5 minutes. I can take it to my office. It has a range of 12.5 miles.Because I work in an Urban Area, I need to drive to the parking lot every day and then transfer the bus to the company. The daily bus cost and the daily congested streets. I have to spend 20 minutes on the daily bus! Until I bought this Affordable electric car. This is the third day I have used it. So far, it has 30% battery power. I have to praise the current technology. I am very touched! It not only saves me time but also saves the daily commuting time! This is a WIN-WIN all around for me.Talk about the experience of using these days! It is very lightweight. Easy to fold. Yes. It can stay quietly under my desk. Powerful battery capacity. The brushless motor is very quiet. In terms of speed, it reaches 17 miles per hour. Not dangerously fast. Very safe in the city! Night mode. It has very high brightness LED lights. The coolest thing is the red dodge brake lights!I will take back the cost in less than a month. The best point of all is that there is a USA warranty with local customer service.

So much better than the Segway Ninebot and way cheaper too. Eskuta's KS-350 is solid
Perfect for commuting or cruising around the beach and quick runs to the store which is what I got it for. Arrived ready to go out of the box. Even the battery was fully charged and ready to go. I love that the battery is removable so I can leave it chained up at the beach and not have to worry about kids trying to turn it on or worse. The thing is scary fast, top speed is around 20mph but I'm almost sure I got it to 28+ mph slamming downhill. Love this thing and it's built to last. Battery range of 30 miles is plenty but will be buying a 2nd one for sure for the office so I can swap out batteries on longer trips to the beach and day trips around town. Will be taking this on my next vacation as a carryon. I honestly can't believe how far they've come since I got my first hoverboard. This thing is so worth it, can't believe how light and solid the build feels under my 200lbs with out any worries. Who knew scooter were my thing? Slamming downhill just became my new favorite hobby.
