Lower quality Vs. Prior production years
If your buying this for a second time you'll notice the quality is not the same just starting on the plastic bag, I got 2 sets metric and std and both bags were tear from the bottom, also the quality on the wrench looks cheaper on the chrome Vs. Older wrenches, not sure about having the same durability as they used to be so the price is not exactly a bargain.
