I received this product with at least 3 missing parts, and sadly reported that as a feedback not as a request to return. Made good use of the crane, nonetheless, from remaining parts of older products I owned. Product is made to hold devices over you, definitely not facing you.. Bad purchase

It’s a good product and good finishing but not strong enough to handle heavy big tablet such as my 12.9 inch Apple.

excellent product, BE AWARE that the black part that links the pole with the head is a bit difficult to go inside, so don't confuse it for a missing part.

for big tablets like ipad 12.9, it will not be stabile in the positioni used a thin rope for supporting

Quality is good as well the price

After less than 2 weeks of use, the arm that holds the ipad suddenly broke and fell on my baby’s lef. This product is HAZARDOUS!!

المفصلات البلاستيكيه ضعيفه اما القاعده والقطع المعدنيه جيده لاكن لو كسر المفصل البلاستيك يرمى الحامل في سلة المهملات ولا اعتقد انه سيستمر لفتره من الاستعمال جربته في ساعه ظهرت عيوب التصنيع لا انصح به ابدا وسعره غالي جدا
