I Like It
Because I just finished giving birth, I heard that turning a hula hoop can help thin waist and abdomen, so my friend introduced this to me. For me who don’t know how to turn a hula hoop, this is really easy to use, and it can be turned around. Massage the abdomen, splicing at will, the whole family can use it, and it is also convenient to store. I look forward to recovering my small waist as soon as possible.

Easy to use
This is my first time to use it. First of all, it is easily assembled and easy to use. It’s easy to get it swung, compared to the traditional hula loop. Of course, it doesn’t take big space as the traditional one. I baught it for me originally, but now everyone in my family loves it.

It came broken but....
I was disappointed that it came broken until i realized that it didn't stop its function or purpose if you will. I really like it and it's easy to assemble. I was surprised that I was able to keep it going for a decent amount of time. I'm working up my stamina but this is some thing I can do daily. It feels good to exercise while waiting tv instead of just sitting and getting fatter. The rotation of the ball is even smoother than I thought. I'm glad I made the purchase.

Works like it should.
The media could not be loaded. It's a great work out for the lazy girl (me). Put it on, turn on some Netflix and go. Easy to use. Does what it should. Little noisy but its tolerable. Love this product. Affordable price.

Please read if plus sized!!!
So I saw other reviews that these could fit even us plus sized people, even saw TikToks of those bigger than me using them and stated it had room to grow. The thing even says it goes to 51 inches. I'm a 5'7 size 22 in most jeans so I thought surely I could fit this thing. WRONG!!! I used every single link (24 total as stated) and it barely clicked around me just under my breast and above love handles. I'd say higher than actual waist. Then it was so snug it was uncomfortable. When trying to use the product the "spring massagers" semi pushed/dug into me. I cant keep the thing going which I'm sure is me being so comfortable that I am moving awkwardly. I'll probably return it but might try to look at videos before I do to see I can somehow lose enough weight that it makes it more comfortable but as of now I cannot wear it longer than 5 minutes

Great product to buy
I've been using this hoolahoop for nearly a month. I am really satisfied with this purchase. It's easy to assemble, easy to use and it is adjustable according to your waist size. Best of all, it will never fall down like the traditional hoolahoop. It is a great buy
