Seat height adjustable?

You can raise the seat about 3/4 of an inch

would this size Toy be ok for a 10 year old? Or do they make a larger version ?

It’s the perfect size for my 4 year old so may be a little small for a 10 year old I do know that it has a 100 lb weight limit hope this helps and as far as I know this is the biggest one I was able to find.
