I just bought this in May of 2024 and it’s already bursting apart I love this for the heating it does get really hot and I use it for back pain called the company and they want me pay to send this in so that they can investigate if they are at fault I think pictures would speak for themselves I lost money buying it since it’s broken open now y would I do that I think it’s great for heat this is my second one and they both did the same thing so I’m not saying all of them come apart but the two I bought came apart so I will not be paying to send this back but will be repurchasing another brand I’ll just spend my money that way this is just for who wants to know n once again the heat was great it just can’t stay together
