Es una buena sartén, pero no sirve por ejemplo para hacer una tortilla puesto que la base no es totalmente lisa, sino que tiene unos surcos.

We had a set of pans that were still perfectly serviceable after 12 years but a new kitchen with an induction hob replacing our old gas one meant a change of every pan we owned (except a carbon steel wok!). These are considerably more expensive than the previous set of pans we had, but I figured if they were good enough to be used on Masterchef they'd definitely be good enough for us. They are the non-stickiest(!) non-stick pans we've ever used and the finish seems very durable. They're advertised as being dishwasher safe and I did put them in when we first used them, but when you read the instructions that come with them it recommends hand washing to preserve the hard anodised finish. Fortunately, they're also the easiest to clean pans we've ever owned so I do just hand wash them now. All in all, I'd definitely recommend them if you have an induction hob, I can't comment on their suitability with other heat sources.

wie vom Hersteller angegeben hat die eine lebenslange Garantie. es kann doch nicht sein das nach diesem Zeitraum und pflege laut Hersteller die Pfanne in der Beschichtung schon defekt ist?? bitte um Ersatz Mit freundlichen Grüssen Bruno Wolkenaer

Circulon- Kochgeschirr ist großartig: Es ist schadstofffrei, vor allem ohne Blei und Cadmium hergestellt. Und vor allem nutzt sich die Beschichtung selbst bei intensivem Einsatz nicht ab.

C'est un ordre parfait dont j'ai besoin.
