NatruDAO is amazing! I've been feeling so tired and I have two other autoimmune conditions that I couldn't seem to get under control no matter what I did with diet, exercise, medications, supplements. Someone suggested that I may have a histamine intolerance so I read up on it and realized I have all the symptoms so I went looking for a DAO Supplement and although this product only had 56 reviews at the time I purchased it, every review had 5-stars. I read through the reviews since I'm skeptical when something has an abundance of 5-stars reviews but they all seemed to be from real people, so I ordered this product two weeks ago. It comes in a box of 60 tablets and you take one tablet 5 minutes before you have a meal, so you will probably use 2-4 a day depending on your eating habits. Some people have said they break the tablets in half so they get more value for their money. I haven't tried that yet. While this product may seem a bit on the pricey side, it is WELL worth the money. I noticed a huge difference the first day I took it. I started feeling less fatigued and had more motivation within the first 24 hours. After two weeks, I've noticed I'm not as bloated. I sleep better. My skin isn't as dry. My joints have been hurting less. My bowel function is almost back to normal. I brain feels less dizzy and my memory function that was starting to wane is improved. I've gotten more done around the house in the past two weeks than I have in the past four months because I haven't worked all day and then just felt like I needed a nap or that I was in too much pain to do anything. My spouse has commented that I have been in a much better mood and much less irritable. I haven't tried any other DAO supplements, so I don't know if any are comparable, but after using this product with such stellar results, I don't think I would change products unless another one had effects that were just as good but at a lower price. They also suggest eating a low histamine diet for additional support. I haven't gotten that far yet and have been eating regular foods, some high in histamine. I do plan to try low histamine foods as a means to feel even better, but this product seems to work well even when you're eating high histamine foods. Some high histamine foods I've eaten in the past two weeks while using this product include tomato sauce, shrimp, chocolate, egg whites, green peppers, pizza, cake made with wheat flour, ham, sausage, several oranges and orange juice. I know that my review makes this seem like a "miracle supplement" but if you have histamine intolerance, it really is. Now that I have my histamine in check for now, I'll see if the half tablets work and report back after I've had time to fully assess.

Been on this supplement for 3 months now and if I stay consistent I have absolutely no symptoms. At first I questioned whether it really worked because I was better within a day or so, so I would stop and my issues came back each time. I'm faithful now and take before every single meal. At least 3 per day. I have MCAS issues and can into vertigo easily. That is my worst symptom and when I get it is horrible. Other symptoms are fatigue, headaches, joint pain and itching. I found that staying on the RPAH diet and taking these pills my problems are 100 percent gone. I have my life back. I'm 72 years old and I feel like I'm young again! I refill every 3 weeks now and not crazy about cost, but you can't put a cost on quality of life. I'd pay double as long as it works and for now it's been a game changer for me. What's worse I've been to doctors numerous times and they didn't have a cure. They were wrong! Thank God for all the info availabile on the internet. Ive been researching for years and now finally at last have a solution. I hope it helps others.. but apparently we're all biologically different. Good luck for you. UPDATE Been on these pills now for over a year. I only take twice per day now and can just about anything I want. My MCAS issues are gone. I know longer have to stay on the RPAH diet which was very restrictive. I did add a regiment of other pills D3 +K2 supplement once per week - heavy dose... and Quercetin and Bromelain 2 pills - 2x a day. Between the three of these I don't even get the mild light headedness anymore. The only thing I cannot eat or drink anymore is caffeine. I can't get buy a day or 2 of coffee or tea, but more than that I get lightheaded and can tell the vertigo is building and could come back. I've finally learned to live without coffee, tea or chocolate. Small price for being healthy. A year free of vertigo now!!!

These work but they are stronger than I need. I take them 5 to 10 minutes before I eat. If I take them earlier than that, they make me feel icky. I cut them in 3's and only take before meals that have known histamine reactions. They work wonders for HI reactions. I recommend them to others.

I've had rosacea for about six years. I've tried all kinds of creams, supplements, laser treatments, diet changes; nothing stopped the hot, painful facial flushing. After doing a ton more research and tracking my symptoms, I came to the conclusion that my rosacea is either caused or heavily influenced by a histamine intolerance or possible MCAS (which I suspect is caused by SIBO, but that's a whole nother beast). I was starting to flush after nearly every single meal, it was getting unbearable. I started experimenting, adding in several antihistamines a day along with this supplement. I slowly worked my way up to 1 entire pill since I was a bit scared of a bad reaction after reading some of the negative reviews. Luckily my body adapted fine. The first few times I took it, my chronically stuffy sinuses unclogged within literal minutes, it was weird but awesome (sadly didn't last!). More importantly, this supplement has made a HUGE decrease in my food-induced flare ups. Along with my regimen of antihistamines (h1 and h2 blockers) my after-meal flushing has become basically nonexistent, the change is almost unbelievable. Because I'm flushing less from meals, it means I'm flushing less all day long since my skin is staying calmer overall. Unfortunately it doesn't work on alcohol, I definitely still flush from that, but I had to test it lol. That leads me to the only drawback: the price. I've already gone through several boxes of these and it's only been a few months. I'm fortunate that I only need one pill for each meal and that I only eat twice a day, but man, I can't imagine if you needed several pills per meal and ate three full meals a day. And these are one of the cheapest DAO supplements on the market! Yikes. It's not sustainable, at least not for me, especially since I have a pretty large regimen of other supplements I need to pay for. I've considered 1. switching to eating one meal a day to save on costs, 2. going a strict anti-histamine diet to see if that decreases my need for the supplement, 3. growing my own pea sprouts (apparently they're high in DAO; who knew) 4. and/or cutting the pills in half to make them stretch further (you'll most likely need a pill cutter if you do this, these are HARD to cut with a knife). I even tried skipping them and just using my antihistamines only before meals to see if I could do without them but sadly, that didn't prevent a flush. As soon as I felt the flush coming on I quickly took one and my skin calmed down within minutes, so I know these are having a big impact all on their own. For now I plan to keep taking them despite my crying wallet, but I'm hoping I can get to the root cause of my histamine intolerance so that some day I no longer need them.

I went up to 4 pills per meal and did not notice any reduction in histamine reactions. Granted, no other DAO supplement has worked for me either but I was hoping this brand would be different due to its higher dose.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel the need to share my experience. For many years I have suffered from strange symptoms like brain fog, joint pain, low energy, and in the last 7 years, rosacea. I have had many tests run and tried everything you can imagine to try and get rid of the rosacea. Recently, I came across some information on a link between rosacea and high histamine levels/low DAO in the body. All I could think was this is me! I started researching and decided to give a DAO supplement a shot along with a low histamine diet. From the very first pill, I noticed an immediate difference after I ate. Used to, I hated eating breakfast because I always felt bad. But with the DAO my head felt clear and I did not have the normal slump period. At first I thought maybe it was a placebo effect because I desperately wanted this to be the answer for me but then my rosacea almost completely cleared up within a week of taking this supplement and I felt like I could actually think again. I highly recommend this supplement! I am going to have my DAO levels tested soon but am fairly certain what they are going to say. Hopefully, the testing will direct me to how much I need to be taking. This supplement works so good for me!! I do want to add that this pill is not a free ticket to eat whatever you want. I cannot have most chocolate (cake, candy, etc) or any type of tomato sauce/soup. I’ll still break out in a rash. That being said, my rosacea and brain fog has improved significantly with this supplement and I’m so thankful!

This stuff changed my life! The whole histamine thing… I suffered for so long. A histamine free/ low histamine has made a huge change. NO MORE: brain fog, MIGRANES, major bruising before my period, hair shedding….. lost 25 lbs in like 2 weeks. I take these 3 times a day and double up if I know I’m going to eat heavy triggers when I go out to eat…

I have MCAS and unfortunately this triggered me. I was more nauseous and experienced higher heart rate with it. Legumes are high histamine and this may not be suitable for those with histamine toxicity / overload.

Súper recomendadas para personas que no pueden digerir alimentos que contengan histamina, pero si tienes que hacer una dieta baja en histamina. Me cambió la vida totalmente, puedo hacer mi vida normal sin andar diario con rinitis, es muy molesto. Un poco caras pero lo valen

Tengo un problema de disbiosis con histaminosis y el doctor recomendó tomar DAO. El producto llegó el mismo día que lo pedí y en perfecto estado. La caja es funcional, se abre y cierra de manera práctica. Sobre sus efectos, no puedo asegurar nada porque tengo múltiples síntomas; sin embargo, últimamente me he sentido mejor, sin dermatitis ni picazón.

Muy bueno. Lo único que me ha quitado la alergia a la cerveza y a otras cosas.

Recomendables. Una sola caja bien administrada, me ayudo mucho a superar mi problema gástrico. Esta marca y presentación eficaces.
