The underside of the hood gets hot on the 392, and this keeps me from having to grab the hot prop rod. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A necessity on all Mojave’s and 392s *by K***N on February 25, 2026* These are great hood lifts. The Mojave and 392 lifts are different from the other Jeep lifts. I would suggest betting this lift if you have a steel hood like some of the 2026 models. If you have a Mojave or 392 hood scoop in the center of the hood then you have a steel hood. The 392 requires some modification. On the drivers side you’ll need to remove a metal grommet from the rubber isolator. On the passenger side you’ll need to do some dremeling on a mount. I’ve done that with no problems at all. I have these lifts on my 392 and Mojave and their other lift on my Rubicon. I haven’t had a problem with any that I’ve owned but I emailed a question to them and they responded very quickly.
