Bayer Low Dose Aspirin Regimen (400 ct.)

I have all the faith in the world in the low-dose Bayer aspirin that I take along with my blood pressure medicine each and every morning. I had a heart attack in the 80's and the doctor put me on a regular Bayer aspirin and then a few years ago a medical report came out about being able to lower the aspirin intake by taking a low dose Bayer. This has worked very well for me.

As a man in his mid-50's with some family history of heart problems I decided to ask my doctor about a lose dose aspirin regimen. He felt that I was a good candidate for the treatment and that it, along with regular check-ups and exercise, could lower my risk of a heart attack.Although there are cheaper low-dose aspirins on the market Bayer was recommended because it's coating causes the drug to dissolve after it has left the stomach. Also, let's be practical; since a bottle of 400 will last over a year, what's a few dollars a year in exchange for peace of mind?Once I received the product I was really surprised at how small the pills are. Once the cotton and the anti-humidity thing are removed the aspirin fills less than half of the bottle (of course, I replaced them both in order to keep the aspirin fresh). Unless I encounter any serious side effects related to the regimen I will be taking one of these little guys each day for a (hopefully) long, long, time.

Very easy to take, however, thanks to the sturdy plastic container they arrived in 1 piece as the box was smashed, but all inside the container in good shape!!!!

Following doctor recommendations it seems that now a days a lot of people are taking one 81mg of Aspirin a day. My family being no different I went on a hunt for the best price, which is something I always attempt to do. I compared a couple of the solid places (costco, walmart) and then, like 99% of the time, I checked with amazon. Price was equal to the best I found plus by having a prime membership all I had to do was place the order and wait very little to receive it. Right out my door. Happy with the purchase and since everyone that is anyone knows Bayer (top tier aspirin?) I thought it was a solid value and would recommend at the price I paid to anyone in the same need as I was. This is one of those products that probably one will buy and buy. 4 Stars for a nice delivery and a nice price.
