tucks everything in great!
I had a baby 6 months ago, and i'm still trying to get that flat stomach. But this is wonderful to give an extra "tuck" and smooth everything down! i have many dresses and tight shirts, and this allows for me to smooth those areas out. i also like the snaps at the bottom so i can just unsnap it, go to the bathroom, and snap back. makes it easier than putting it up and down. Very nice product and would definitely recommend!

No but lift, the tummy control is great
If you only want butt lift don't buy. If you want a great tummy trainer it does the job. I wasn't sure if it could do the butt lift with the way it is cut around the legs. It has some boning it the tummy to assist your posture and it doesn't roll down when I am exercising.
