I have had IC for 30 years and have done ALL the various meds and therapies. I was pleasantly surprised to find a significant improvement in my symptoms with use of Bladder Builder. It has been much more effective than any other oral medicine or supplement that I have taken in the past. After having taken it for a week or two I found myself emptying my bladder and wondering why my pee seemed cold, I then realized that it wasn’t actually cold, it just didn’t burn while coming out for the first time in decades!! It has remained that way while I have been taking this supplement. Worth every penny to me for that reason alone!

I had to go off Elmiron due to eye damage, and this product saves the day! I have made a suggestion to NAN that a lot of us could do without the ingredient L-Arginine. If you have a sensitive stomach and /or you have herpes, you may not want to take Arginine. If enough people express this to the company Natural Approach Nutrition on their website under "Contact" at the page bottom, they said they would consider offering a product that does not contain L-Arginine. This is very effective product for incontinence. Has best ingredients to help support inner wall of bladder. Pricey, but it's worth it Will recommend it .

This is one of those supplements I didn’t notice was helping until I ran out of them. I tried going without for a week or two because they are expensive but I regretted that decision pretty quickly. It probably took me a few weeks to start noticing a difference but combined with aloe Vera, and a low acid diet, it’s helped manage the majority of my IC symptoms. I have had a flare that wasn’t helped by it but since it has helped me maintain some quality of life, I would recommend it. Easier to order here instead of directly from the IC network which I’m loving.

I am not completely sure if my IC went away on its own or with the help of this supplement, but I am certainly thankful that it might have helped. It’s too expensive to take regularly, but I might buy it if I have another flare. I also take D-mannose so that might have helped as well.

Had to come off Elmiron due to cost. Replaced it with this and if I would have known it would work so well then I would have switched years ago!

Only tried this, when another brand (Bladder Rest) was out of stock & I needed something for Interstitial Cystitis/Painful Bladder Syndrome temporarily. Although I take probiotics regularly & made adjustments for the Bladder Builder formula "with probiotics", no matter what I tried it gave me painful cramps and emptied my stomach out each morning. A terrible experience!

This product is a game changer for me. When I have an IC flare from something I ate, it helps heal it faster than anything else I have taken. I have mild IC and flare from soy and fake sugars.
