Every Man Jack Shave Gel, Sandalwood, 5.0-ounce

I love the Every Man Jack line (as does my boyfriend) and the sandalwood has always been my favorite. My boyfriend has always used shaving cream (that puffs up as soon as it's released from the can), but I could only find sets listed. I decided to try this one and see what we thought. You only need a very little bit, as while you're applying it, it lathers up. I have liked the scent of sandalwood my entire life, but the scent of this was SO STRONG. I always help my boyfriend with the close shave as he tends to mess up the lines. Afterward we had dinner, but the smell was so strong on my fingers that anytime I put my hands near my face it was like the gel had been squirted up my nose. I had to wash my hands to be able to eat. We will still use this, but just be very conservative with the amount we use.

This product works fine...as advertised. Perhaps I've been spoiled by expensive sandalwood products but this doesn't smell like sandalwood. More like cedar, which is a little more "biting" and aggressive than sandalwood, and not quite as pleasant.

I have used the standard commercial foam shave gels and the creams, then switched to healthier less synthetic products including Aveno sensitive skin, and then Alba Mango cream (which made my face turn red and hurt), then later Avalon Organics shave gel for sensitive skin which is one of the best shaving lotions that I have tried. However, when I switched to Every Man Jack Gel for Sensitive skin, I was shocked at just how much better Every Man Jack was over all the others. The Every Man Jack gel foamed up quickly and made shaving twice as easy as before. A previously hard to shave beard became soft and the razor now easily glides across my face with Every Man Jack. I like the fact that 'Everyman Jack' has all natural ingrediants, and I wish they offered a after shave in this scent;

I really like this shaving gel. I thought I would give it a try before trying others, but will certainly stick with Every Man. I am one of those guys with easily irritable skin, especially on my neck! I almost always had the big shaving rash on my neck through several different creams and gels. With Every Man (for the first time in my shaving life) it has completely gone away! For two weeks now.Honestly the ingredients are not as natural as some reviews hint, (though more natural than most) but I've used more natural creams that just don't work as well. You just can't argue with results.The gel feels good on the face, and softens hair well. It is fragrance free. There is a very slight subtle scent, but I find it pleasing.That's about all, hope it helps.

I like the sandalwood scent. I have somewhat course facial hair and the lubrication was not sufficient for me. Would be totally fine for someone with finer beard stubble.

Really nice shaving gel and worth the extra price over the standard brands sold in supermarkets and high street chemists.The gel is quite concentrated and so should last a reasonable while. Provides an easy glide for the razor with a comfortable post shave feeling. The gel contains a number of skin friendly ingredients including Aloe Vera, Vitamin E & Chamomile.Better performance and value in my view than Clinique for Men Shave Gel which costs much more for only 125ml compared with 200ml for this gel.

It took me a while but I finally found a fragrance free shaving gel and it was worth the hunt. The product is very soft, creamy and the razor glides across it. A pretty neutral, organic like smell leaves my face feeling and smelling normal and not hyper perfumed like so many shaving gels. I have sensitive skin too and there has been no adverse affect at all. I'd recommend and will be buying again, many thanks.

Seems pretty good started getting very red skin with Gillette not sure if they have changed the ingredients but this seems to leave my skin smooth and calm

Ths is a very good shaving gel. Probably the best that I have ever used. I have been using this product for quite a while now. Just a little expensive

A good cream that lathers well and doesn’t leave your skin blotchy
