Yes, the different ties make it customizable. It would be baggie a little with the material but the ties should be just fine. And it grows with the cat. My cat was 10 pounds when I got it and now she is 16 but it still works. I got a second one and the vet loves it so much she is going to get some for the office.

That will be a close call. I have a large Maine Coon about 17-18 pounds and it just barely fit her.
