Does the brace moves with workout exercise ?

No. They’re really great bands. I have tendinitis in my right wrist and I feel no pain working out with this band/brace

Has anyone used this for wrist support for carpal tunnel pain?

I used these after my carpel tunnel surgery.they were great till I got my strength back in my wrist. The best brace I used for carpel was from Walgreens it is Walgreens brand brace . It is grey color and sells for 19.95. Good luck

I would think so - it elastic and Velcro so maybe air dry instead of throwing it in the dryer.

Bulky for little wrists.

Definitely not for TFCC tears. Also, very difficult to get on with one hand. I wish, too, that they made smaller sizes for smaller wrists. It fit my 13cm wrist, but was very bulky as the strap wrapped around nearly twice.

Great wrist band.

Highly recommended and are working great for my sprained wrist. Easily tightened before a golf swing. Adds support and keeps everything tight. Throw it in the washer after your round. They feel well made and would fit any size wrist.
