Stays put!
The media could not be loaded. Perfect piece for my workout. Did not roll down with minor adjustment. Wore it throughout my hour and a half of workout. Def made a difference!

in love with this, but you have to be careful with BFR training make sure to do your research and see if this is for you

As pictured
As pictured, a band holder for the end would make it better. Can fit very large thighs. I give it 4 stars because I did not receive a workout sheet.

Smelt like fish
Love them work great, but.... the smelt like absolute rotten dead fish when I opened the package...

I only received one belt it supposed to get two
I do not know what happened I only received one belt it supposed to be two on the bag so I never use it
