Wow. Day 1, nothing much happened. Day 2, had enough relief to satisfy me. Day 3, needed to stay home. However, it was Day 4 after the final night time capsules took effect that provided the all of the satisfaction. I never understood how people know when a cleanse works. Like okay, they make you poop. But this was different. There were smells I have never smelt. So gross but satisfying to realize everything from my 20s, including my life experiences, has been shot from my body. Did you know it was possible to pee from your butt? This will make that happen. At first I was thought I was dehydrated. However, I drink a ton of water each day. There were no more events after this happening and it was a satisfying closure to this 3 day cleanse. I recommend buying this if you want your entire life cleansed out of you.

These pills made my stomach feel more relieved and helped me go to the bathroom. I took them first thing in the morning, and they were definitely a relief. you feel less bloated.

Yup, this product didn’t work for me. It is now day three and im feeling bloated as ever, passing gas a lot but my boweles are not coming out. Hmhmm its crazy how you think stuff gonna work but its like wow I wasted money. I was telling Julisa it’s not working she said yup write a review so here i am. This product is AMAZING! I have had a troublesome time (getting things moving) since I was a small child. I have been prescribed medicines, I have tried diet changes, different techniques, more water blah blah.. NOTHING WORKED ANYMORE!! Let me just say, it really puts a strain on a girls life when things are not working properly. You get so tired and burned out over the smallest of tasks. It didn't seem to do much for me.

I have used renew life for years and always loved their cleanses. The first morning after taking the pm pill , nothing happened. I felt extremely bloated. Day two after taking two of the PM pills and the floodgates slowly open… By the evening of the second day, which is where I’m at now I feel like my stomach is almost flat. But of course that’s because I have had 8+ bowel movements. Can’t wait for tomorrow…
