Super easy install
This took maybe 10 minutes to set up out of the box, very basic and easy to use and prints super fast

Doesn't work... and if it does, you won't figure out how to get it working
Tried everything. Spent 2 hours trying to install the driver from the USB and even tried a driver I downloaded online. I'm fairly tech-savvy, and I couldn't get it to print one label. Save your time, go elsewhere

Absolutely ridiculous
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I ordered this printer thinking it would be worth the price and the ink wouldn’t print on the labels. I even go thermal printing paper and it still did not work. It also doesn’t give you any set of instructions on how to set it up on your computer. Now I don’t even know if I can even get a full refund. Sad.

doesn't print clear
this is my second review bc the seller deleted the first, disappointed in the quality of the product, not super clear and not the more straight forward to set up.for the price I would of expected clear prints but they were blurry
