Gibson Home Ogalla 30-Piece Dinnerware Set – Porcelain, Chip & Scratch Resistant, White - Service for 6

I ordered three boxes of these dish sets and there were no issues with any of them! No damage. Packed very well. The only thing that is different to me, is that the dinner plates do appear to be smaller than a normal round dinner plate. My son prefers the older round plates instead of these that seem to hold food in a more crowded manner. I like them though, just a bit of getting used to them. The bigger bowls are nice, but if you do have a full bowl of cereal and milk, use caution not to spill if walking with the full bowl. They are washing nicely in the dishwasher, and they do not have any scratches after cutting steaks. The large serving bowls are heavy but very nice. The salt and pepper and sugar and creamer pieces are nice and classic looking. The coffee mugs are about 10 ounces.

These dishes are beautiful and sturdy; they look fantastic. They were well packaged and only a few were damaged in shipping, but the seller sent a new set immediately, which I really appreciate.

I've had this dinnerware set for nearly five years and it's held up well with daily use. While we've experienced some chipping, cracking, and breakage over time, that's expected with any daily dinneware set. Overall, the durability and quality make it a great value for the price. If you're looking for a set that lasts through everyday meals, this one is a solid choice!

I love the modern looking design and the fact that I was able to get such a large family set. They are a bit on the thin side of things though which may attribute to my main complaint. 2 of the bowls, each a different size, arrived with chips around the edge. It doesn't really affect the functionality and wasn't such a concern I was going to pack up the entire set to send back so, I just let it go. They are nice dishes! I would be concerned with use by small children as like I said, they are quite thin.

This plate setting of 6 includes a dinner plate, a salad plate or bread plate, two bowls, and coffee cup for each of the setting. then there are salt and pepper shakers, cream and sugar bowls, and a large serving bowl and serving plate. excellent particularly for $60

Had them for almost 6 months and no chips. Always impressive around guests and the small bowls are perfect for sushi night!!

I am extremely happy with these dishes. I was worried about buying them without touching and seeing them. They are perfect! Great dishes, heavy, and made in the USA. Very good product!

Black Friday Deal. Ordered 2 sets of these dishes. Each set came in separately, apparently from different vendors. The two sets do not match, the color varies slightly. Both are white, however one is not as bright as the other. Also the thickness of each set varies as well. Although I would have preferred for them to match, I guess I can live with it. Also I noticed one of the smaller bowls had a crack in it. Does not look like the bowl was cracked in packaging or shipping. It looks more like a manufacturing defect. I found customer service contact information on Amazon included with my order details. The number was for the manufacturer, not the vendor. And although they typically hold the vendor responsible for handling issues, they are looking into seeing if they have a piece available to replace the defective piece. If they do not, I will have to contact the vendor, which is not listed on my order details in Amazon. I truly hope they can help me, as I am NOT looking forward to attempting to repackage the 30 piece set to send back. There is no telling how I would be able to figure out the puzzle of fitting all the pieces into the original box. I was told I would be informed of the status within 48 hrs. I wll update my review at that time. Until then my fingers are crossed.

Buena calidad y super empacada

I adore this set. Love that it is 8 settings, perfect! They are clean and classy at a decent price. Took me years to get rid of my old chipped up junk, so glad I did! Doesn't come with mugs, but I found the perfect set of white mugs at the dollar store along with some large bowls and a pretty serving tray. You would never know the additions were not part of the original set. I use the small bowls for ice cream and the smallest bowls for dips, so all very useful to me.
