I rarely eat meat. But these are My favorite. Me and my cats can't get enough of these. The price is far far better than buying at the store. Which means I get more, more often. I could live on these things. Here's a hint. Cook some Nissan Terrayaki beef noodles, and when they are done, throw pieces of these in there. It becomes the perfect meal. But me and my cats always keep eating them all before I get around to cooking the noodles. You may want to buy an extra bag, because what you think you are going to eat and what you end up eating, ( especially when you have cats and can't say no ) are 2 very different things. Its almost like a drug. They keep calling to you from within the bag... "Just one more" "Eat me" the best dried meat snack on the market. It would be pretty hard to dislike these. Go ahead, get you a bag .... Or 5... Let's go with 6 ;)

I have a few teeth that needed work, and really wanted beef jerky. I am getting in shape and prefer honest, tasty protein in lieu of sugary or salty snacks.After my coffee, I pop two or three morsels in the morning. Sometimes, with a slice of cheddar. It holds me over until lunch. I skip breakfast, as I am mostly inactive until afternoon.Very good. Every bag I have ordered has been fresh, tasty and easy to chew. Now, that my teeth are fixed, and I can eat the hard, "regular" jerky, I opt not to. Very good flavor and so tender !

3RD UPDATE - Since early July, 2024, I've continually ordered supplies of this jerky. Each bag has been better than the batches received in Updates 1 & 2, so hopefully Jack has improved the quality. The quality prior to my updates was better at times, but I'm thankful the truly horrible, moldy and tough products of the past are finally a fading memory.UPDATE #2 - After having to toss all but part of one bag in two separate orders of 4 bags each, I finally received an order that I could eat. Unfortunately it wasn't of the same quality I raved about in the original review. 😪 😒 The delicious taste was back yum 😋, but it wasn't near as fresh and moist as I like. Nevertheless, it's definitely edible, and I'll be expecting to see further improvements in the immediate future. Of course Amazon will have to sell out the remainder of this current stock, first; and that can take about 1-2 weeks, usually. Thank you!UPDATE #1 - I wrote a glowing review on Tender Bites about a month ago, and now I have to eat those words. My last 2 orders on June 27 and July 1, 2024 were terrible. No, I didnt find any gristle, but I ended up throwing whole bags away because they tasted stale and were dried up and just about rock hard. I've never run into this before, but feel I should apoligize for so highly recommending it. If you bought some this past 7-10 days because of my reviews, and your product was bad, I sinccerely apologize!My original reviw is still below, but if my next order isn't much better, I'll take it down completely. Come on Jack Links, get your shift together! You guys charge T-Bone Steak prices for this premium product, but my very last orders were inedible! The latest one had an expiration date well into 2025, so it should have been great, but it tasted like it expired in 2022! I figured there had to be better options these days!That's when I found these Tender Bites. Talk about being BETTER! These are almost as tender as a nice T-bone steak; and there's no gristl, ever. How can I claim that? Easy. As a family, we go through a bag every 2 days; and when they aren't around I alone can easily polish off 1 bag every 4 days. Get yourself some, before we eat it all!!! 😋Finally, let me tell you that these Teriyaki Tender Bites are several times more delicious than any other jerky I've eaten in my entire life, and my kids agree! Great for those seeking a bit of protein in their routine. A salty snack that satisfies that craving for jerky every time.

Frankly, I'm not a fan of Jack Link's jerky/meat products. I consider them ok and rather unremarkable. The "blue polyester suit" of beef jerky, if you will. But . . . these Tender Bites are (in my opinion) the best offering in their product line, delectable, and I am a regular buyer. Truly tender bite-size nuggets and perfectly seasoned with a not too bold teriyaki flavor. Recommended.
