I take them in the morning, and I learned that ginseng gives a mild boost to focus and energy. I drink decaf coffee, so I do notice the stimulation, but it does not feel buzzy or jittery. I’ve noticed fewer thoughts competing for my attention, which has helped me focus better and think more clearly, with less stress and overthinking. It hasn’t made me more patient, but it has given me more clarity in my thinking, so I’m able to respond more thoughtfully instead of reacting. I’ve already ordered and received my second bottle.

This stuff works or it's all in my head. Idk no scientific review here. I take 2 a day in the morning before I leave for work. I feel energized and head feels clear. It keeps me going! Its a nice boost also for the gym.

Excellent product.

I’ve gone through various mushroom supplements that claim to help with focus and clarity but for me personally they weren’t as effective as this Ginseng + Ginkgo supplement. At work I’ve totally noticed a difference! It’s like I have a desire to learn the programs we use when before I had no interest and would forget it because I didn’t want to do it. Guess it was that lazy, uninterested brain of mine. Now I find myself understanding the program better and I don’t hate it when someone is trying to teach me something new. It’s like I want to learn and take the work head on so that we can clear it out of the way and not fall behind. I’m like a new and improved person. So much so that I’m considering leaving my current job for something more fulfilling. It’s already in the works! So for me this product works. It’s unlocking potential I always felt I knew I had but needed some help with some sort of supplement or legal drug. I’m glad it’s this natural supplement! I can see myself ordering this many more times! Maybe if this product doesn’t work for you perhaps mushroom supplements will? You just gotta keep searching until something finally hits and this product did that for me :)

I bought 1 bottle recently and didnt feel it effective as other brands, it does almost zero effect.
