These are my favorite type of VLCD meal replacement drinks. I add one small strawberry to the powder with ice and water and then blend in my Magic Bullet and it’s the perfect shake. I’ve lost 35lbs so far.

So expensive
My doctors office only sells this brand and markets it to their patients so for the longest time I was only buying these. I find that the Bariatric Fusion brand tastes as good and is about $20 cheaper. I know there are 7 more servings on the BA bag but I often don’t have $75 to spend on my meal replacement shakes.
