The manicure set looks beautiful, i want to use as a gift , is it good?

I haven’t used half of what is in it because I don’t know what the tools are, but what I have used appear to be well made.

How do you open the cuticle nipper?

They all have little clear plastic bands around them. I hope this help

The manicure set is good quality except the cuticle scissors (the biggest item in the pack). The stopper slips rendering it useless.
