These give ‘em enough info to track, but not enough to confirm ovulation. If that’s what you need— this is a better deal.

I originally started buying these Mira sticks because I wanted to start tracking my period, which was regular for the most part. I continued using it because I knew that eventually my husband and I would want a baby. The first time I used these sticks and was ready to get pregnant, it happened. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to get pregnant. The whole Mira system is pricey, but it is worth every dollar. I never has infertility issues, but once you reach a certain age, docs start scaring women so I didn't want to waste time. I know it may not work for everyone, but if we want another baby, I will be relying on these sticks. Last bit of advice...make sure you soak the stick long enough in your urine or you will get an error for your reading. I have wasted a few sticks, but I think I have it down to a science now. For those of you wanting to get pregnant- good luck!

I purchased these newer wands to help keep track of my hormone levels during IVF. My first cycle, I was over-suppressed…this thing gave me levels in the 50s-60s, but the corresponding labs on the same morning were less than 5. I figured the machine wasn’t meant to detect such low levels, so I gave it a second try this cycle. My first lab draw had an estrogen level of about 100, the machine had me at 73.. This morning, my Mira reading came back at 63.4, but my actual level was 372. I fully understand that the numbers will not match as they are measuring 2 different things (i.e. an actual hormone vs a metabolite), but I expect the trend to be accurate. For my estrogen level to almost quadruple and not see any kind of uptrend with the Mira device is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend. Posted pics so you know I’m not bot.

Work great but didn't realize how expensive these would end up being month to month.

They are a bit pricey but very helpful

I’ll start by saying that without a doubt mira has aided me in conceiving several times (resulting in losses, but it did it’s job nonetheless). Even with PCOS, knowing that your levels are off IS good information to have, even if it’s not what you’re hoping to see. That being said, at some time recently, they changed the collection cups. The old plastic cups were very easy to use and master, the new ones are paper cones. Yes, paper. They leak, can’t be set down on a counter top or toilet, they’re difficult to hold and use without a huge mess. You have to plan to do everything one handed and then manage to place it back over the toilet seat to dump out, while still sitting down 💀 I hope they change them Back because these collection cups are borderline unusable to me. For the cost of products, I expect better.

So I've been struggling conceiving my 3rd child and just recently had a fibroid removed from my uterus. The Mira Plus helped me pinpoint my ovulation peak, so now I know I ovulate very early in my cycles. So hopefully we'll catch that little egg soon 🔜

Mira has the worst algorithm with inconsistent results. They claim as so called "advanced" algorithm but it is far from that. General basic ovulation test strips from pharmacy works way better. Their test wands are problematic due to; - new test wand show as expired -new test wand show as used before -algorithm keeps pushing your ovulating days because of lack of quality If you price the test wand almost as much as the machine it self, you have to really deliver high quality product with the best algorithm. Customer support pushes you to send you new test wands in a cheap way, what makes you think I should waste another time while I already have a horrible experience with it?

Keep an eye on the expiry date. They work well but their shelf life is not the best for the price.

I use these wands along with the mira analyzer and confirm wands for tracking my cycle while trying to conceive. Great product and good support service but overall expensive. But it's a one of the kind product on the market really and it gives really in depth insights about the hormonal status. Very helpful.
