Great flavor
I finally got to make my Greek dish with lamb and the fava beans. They are nice and large.They must be soaked overnight. Also boiled before adding to dishes. I made mine with lamb and it was out of this world. I will order again. 👍

Good flavor, but too expensive on a per pound basis
Good size & flavor as advertised, but at ~$7/lb. it's a bit on the expensive side. At my local Asian market I can fava beans of roughly comparable quality, that are approx. ~$4/lb., & since it's the bulk foods section I can buy a little at a time, without buying 2-lb bags.

Was packed into same size Amazon bag which made it difficult to open .

Delicious and Nutritious!
My ma made me order these since she saw them on a Korean TV health program. No complaints from me, so buttery and fluffy textured, and goes great mixed into rice or eaten as foul.
