Dr. Gita Arjun delivered my sister. She is a brilliant gynec and also a very compassionate doctor. One of the best doctors I have ever come across.

This review is about the book and not the doctor. I have not met the doctor so cannot vouch for her emotions. I used this book to compare and learn the pregnancy practices between USA and India. The book is divided into several chapters based on trimesters and post pregnancy. It outlines the changes that happen with the mother and baby on a weekly basis. The book also provides the list of tests/scans that need to be taken. The book focuses on regular pregnancy (not high risk).

I know the book is very informative. I am unable to add the kindle version of this book to my shopping cart. I see the following message: "This title is not currently available for purchase". Could someone help to sort this? I am using amazon app in iPhone.

All first time moms, across the globe should read it. Each month is dealt with in detail, very easy to comprehend & follow. The pictures are very colourful & self defining.The book will definitely help to make pregnancy & labour a very pleasurable & memorable experience. Just reading... 🤗🤗I update my review after finishing this book...Edit-i read most parts of the book and i found it is very helpful for first time pregnant mums.I bought this book in end of march2018 and i conceived in july2018🤣👶

My wife is pregnant for 3 months now and bought this book just out of curiosity and excitement of the first pregnancy. I am really happy to have got this book. A wonderful book with complete information on pregnancy.As it is our first child we were anxious and scared about the baby. This book has provided information on almost everything about pregnancy. From day 1 of the first week to delivery it covers everything. It was like a boon for us. It also helped us in understanding medical terms which we need to be aware of which helped us get the scans done with confidence.I would like to Thank Dr. Gita for her patience in listing down the details of the minute things. I wish we were somewhere closer to Dr. Gita to meet her personally.But altogether, it's a wonderful book.

In this COVID times when it is highly unsafe to visit doctor’s clinic in the start this book is like 24/7 doctor available at home.Things which seems abnormal like abdominal pain frequent urination headache dizziness etc as early pregnancy symptoms are very scientifically explained which otherwise have ensured multiple visits to clinicsI thank Doc Gita Arjun from bottom of my heart for doing such noble work by writing everything in one book and helping it’s readers in this tough journey of pregnancy.

Pregnancy is an roller coster journey, You meet the doctor for 5 to 10 minutes and the rest only You (Mother) knows what's happening inside your body and at this sensitive period you tend to google everything where there are a lot unnecessary information written by anonymous users and your blood levels will shoot up for sure. So at that point of time you need an informative book which tells you what's going on and that's there I would definitely recommend this book. I would like to thank Doctor Geeta here. She has published what only is needed with advise. If you are planning pregnancy or if you are pregnant and want to understand the journey of pregnancy please go for this book

Perfect book for pregnancy time. Loved it. Solves many dobut. Brought it after reading many positive reviews. And honestly it is every penny worth. U will love this when your gynecologist won't give u much time or if u forget some questions.. and Google confuses you. Seriously saved me from many nightmares.Gifted to my sister after I had my bub(can be used as a gift too) :)Guess I can find such a good book on parenting.. if anybody knows, suggest please.
