Impressive, especially considering the price!
Given my limited space I chose the small version and am delighted. My first impression was that the weight was substantial, given the size, and that the lid with the winged figures fits well. The finish is beautiful. The interior is large enough to hold a few small Communion Hosts if one wishes to reserve them, and a host can be rested between the figures' wings, if one in inclined to meditate before the blessed sacrament. The representations of the stone tablets, Aaron's rod and the pot of manna are nicely made, and the flowers on the rod are sparkling. Even if simply as an object to contemplate, I love it.

Sooooo Beautiful!
I am building a Indiana Jones themed Rock Crawler. It's name is the LST ARK1! I am blown away with the quality of this Ark. I was expecting plastic but it is metal. This is beautiful. Money well spent. I HIGHLY recommend this model. Thank you!

Beautiful!
I've always wondered what it would be like to have a replica of the Ark of the Covenant in my home. It now stands on display next to St. Michael the Archangel, by Design Toscano. A lovely point of focus and reminder of God's Covenant with the Hebrews, and for me, a reminder of our Judaic-Christian roots. Although there were some reviews about the workmanship of the replica, there were no complaints from me. The package arrived safely, nicely packed, and the pieces were as depicted in the Amazon images. No complaints, and no regrets.
