Not really lapis
It IS handmade, which I love. The leather is thin but adequate. The paper is also handmade as shown, and I love that too. Quality and workmanship are very good. The only thing that disappointed me is that the description said it had a real lapis lazuli stone, but it isn’t an actual crystal. It looks like a mirrored glass marble painted (mottled) blue. The craftsmanship is good and I love the old world feel of the paper.
